Cornell University BEST is part of an NIH funded consortium of 17 universities charged with coming up with bold and innovative approaches to increase trainee exposure to multiple career options for PhDs. Its mission is to enhance training opportunities for graduate students and postdoctoral scholars to prepare for careers beyond conventional academic research.
