The program steering committee reports directly to the program coordinator, and we have regular administrative meetings so that we can unify management of the academy in regard to students' progress, budget management, general affairs, and so on. The committee members include two external experts as well, with the expectation that they give us advice on administrative matters.
We also set up an external evaluation committee in order to add an objective standpoint to the program administration (mainly organized by the steering committee), receiving independent advice and guidance from the committee members from industry, academia and government (five members are designated so far).
Various subsidiary organizations support the steering committee to run this program smoothly. There are six subsidiary committees: Mentors Committee, Curriculum Committee, Career Paths Committee, Overseas Internship Committee, Public Relations Committee and Infrastructure Committee. There are seven working groups as well.
